In new builds, they enable a better U-value thanks to thinner exterior walls and thus help to increase energy efficiency.

If I use conventional insulation and factor in the costs for the necessary levelling of the substrate, I end up with roughly the same costs per square metre as for the easier-to-use insulating plaster. In the long term at the latest, the thermal insulation plaster system is definitely the more economical solution.

Our lime thermal insulation plasters combine tradition and progress. We use the proven natural material lime as a binder, which impresses with its excellent moisture-regulating properties and durability. We only use mineral materials such as perlite and state-of-the-art aerogels for the insulation. These natural raw materials not only provide excellent thermal insulation, but also contribute to the environmental friendliness of the entire system.

Together, they create a breathable and energy-efficient solution - ideal for sustainable building projects and renovations.

Aerogel granulate

Aerogel granulate is a high-performance insulating material consisting of ultra-light, porous solids. Originally developed for aerospace applications, its extremely fine structure offers an outstanding insulating effect with minimal use of material. It boasts the lowest thermal conductivity and is ideal for use in demanding insulation projects where maximum efficiency is required in the smallest of spaces.

Perlite

Perlite is a natural, volcanic rock that is foamed when heated, giving it a porous structure. This light structure makes perlite an excellent insulating material that retains heat and regulates moisture at the same time. Due to its naturalness and excellent insulation values, perlite is often used in ecological building projects.

The binding agent: lime

Lime is a purely natural product. It has a disinfecting effect and is harmless to building biology and health. Lime is highly breathable and thus permanently regulates the humidity in the room. In addition, its high alkalinity counteracts mould growth in a completely natural way and neutralizes many harmful substances. The result is a healthy, comfortable indoor climate.
